The weather was pretty good last week and so I headed out to Heathrow for an afternoon of planespotting, mainly so that I can get out of my place and not waste the good weather. Being a last minute thing I didn't do much preparation beforehand, apart from a quick glance at the wind direction (so that I won't be at the wrong place on the day) and a very quick flip through of the schedule on flightradar24.

On the day I was able to get quick a few good photos, and the really nice weather had certainly helped. I particularly liked the shot of the Cathay Pacific oneworld plane climbing out of the airport that day, in which the landing gears had just been retreated and the bay doors were just about to close.

There were also the Qatar oneworld and the British Airways oneworld planes coming in, which all appear to be regular sights at the airport, and I was able to capture similar looking shots of those on the day also, so I thought it would be good to post the trio of oneworld planes together.
